What to build

Consolidate the duplicated public share-link state and list UI used by session sharing and global sharing settings. Keep context-specific actions such as creating a link, inspecting a session, and showing creation time at their current call sites.

Acceptance criteria

Loading, copy feedback, revocation, busy state, errors, and link rendering have one shared implementation.
Session sharing can still create links and copy newly created URLs.
Global settings can still inspect sessions and display link age.
Existing sharing behavior and frontend test coverage are preserved.
