What to build

Extract the common changed-file disclosure row used by session changes and working-tree changes. Share expansion, path, line-count, and expanded-body structure while keeping status badges and diff renderers domain-specific.

Acceptance criteria

Session and working-tree file changes use one disclosure-row component.
Status badges and distinct diff body renderers remain configurable by each consumer.
Expansion state, accessible state, paths, and addition/deletion counts remain unchanged.
Tests cover both consumers and disclosure behavior.
