Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Follow-up to #757. Show tokens and cost per Epic, split into plan, implement, verify, and deliver, and per Attempt. The session usage data and internal/pricing already exist; group them by the attempt's session (and its subagent sessions).
In the talk, validation took about 40% of a real 16-hour run. Without this we can't see where Factory spends.
Scope: aggregate on the Epic page and Queue; no budgets or limits yet.
