Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Follow-up to #757. Add an optional final Formula step that reads the Epic's recovery gates, unblock sessions, validator failures, and review comments, then proposes updates to AGENTS.md or skills as a separate PR. It never writes them directly.
This captures unwritten team knowledge so later Epics repeat fewer mistakes.
