Depends on reliable per-worktree database/port isolation. Worth it only if Factory UI regressions turn out to be a real problem.

Follow-up to #757. For Issues that touch the frontend, start an isolated dev server and a per-worktree database (see the development database isolation rules in AGENTS.md). A chrome-devtools or Playwright validator then clicks through the acceptance criteria and reports PASS/FAIL with screenshots. Depends on reliable per-worktree database/port isolation.
