Models trained on "tests pass" add defensive noise: try/catch that swallows errors, as any / as unknown as casts, new //nolint / eslint-disable / @ts-ignore markers (examples from the HumanLayer "Why Software Factories Fail" talk).

Extend the #757 diff scan to list these in added lines as hints to the validator. Hint only, never blocks completion. Effort S.
