What to build

Publish canonical, typed outputs for approval, map, and join nodes so every runtime node can feed dependent work.

Acceptance criteria

Approval output contains approved, nullable approvedBy, and RFC 3339 UTC approvedAt.
Map output contains each child key, index, status, and final output.
Join output contains policy counts plus each mapped item output.
Failed, canceled, and skipped nodes expose consistent envelopes and error output where applicable.
Existing approval and map/join integration tests prove the public schemas.
