What to build

Complete the Node Result migration by removing the collector result channel, migrating bundled workflows, and making the canonical Node Result the sole persisted and consumable result.

Acceptance criteria

Workflow definitions no longer accept per-node output collectors.
Bundled examples and compatibility workflows emit and consume Node Results.
Persisted attempts and immutable artifacts no longer create an ambiguous second result model.
Validation errors clearly explain obsolete collector configuration.
Full Go tests, lint, build, and coverage ratchet pass.
